新年度が明け…久しぶりに部活動を実施しましたので活動報告をいたします！

日本（語学全くダメ！！）

初の「公用語が英語」で実施されるボルダリングはもはや英語部です。笑

…ということで、

初の英語での活動報告となります！！！！

Hi everybody! See some impressions from our last bouldering session on a Thursday night after work. Two new members joined us in the last bouldering edition.
They both start working at Toprank Head office in Tokyo a few months ago.

For one of them bouldering was the first time and for the other was a long time without climbing walls, so our organizer and more experienced members kept on eye on them and did some introduction of how have to climb a wall with safety and efficiency.

As you can see, you can come and try to climb a wall with us with just sport shoes. She did it pretty well actually.

A regular member from our bouldering meetings is definitely improving her moves & skills. See on the picture, this move is a classic move in climbing techniques, is what we call ” Stemming”; for doing this you can use your hands or feet and is basically pushing against two opposing surfaces to keep yourself stick to the wall without wasting too much energy.

…..And then , just need to try and try until you get to the top. It`s so rewarding when you do so.

Having fun with your workmates while you try to achieve goals should be a very positive learning from the last meeting.
